Collins Industrial Place is a new office/warehouse lease space on Collins Industrial Road in Maumelle, Arkansas. A phased project, Harco Constructors is nearing completion for building one with steel recently erected for building two. Each of the lease units offers 1,000 sf of office space and 2,000 sf of warehouse, though space in yet to be constructed areas can be customized to meet leaser’s needs.
