Harco to commence Pinnacle Groves in Rogers

Harco Constructors will soon break ground on Pinnacle Groves Luxury Senior Living in Rogers, Arkansas. This will mark Harco’s second project with Abby Development of Dallas, Texas.

“Our company is built on developing long-term relationships, and Abby Development is a great client,” said Chuck Harper, Harco president. “We are in final stages with their Ridgemere Senior Living in Conway, Arkansas, and we are excited to be working with them again in Rogers.”

The Pinnacle Groves facility will be 325,000 square feet. 210,000 square feet will be devoted to a four-story independent living space with 109 units. A second, 115,000 square feet building will be comprised of 90 units divided between assisted living and memory care. The 17-acre campus will also include independent living cottages. 

Amenities in the fully-gated facility will include indoor swimming pool, ponds on site, theater, salons, and covered parking.
