The following outline will give a brief description of the construction services that Harco Constructors will offer:

A. Working Drawings

• Evaluate function

• Evaluate Cost

• Evaluate systems/ material selection

• Provide value analysis

• Provide constructability comments

• Release for bidding in packages

B. Bid Packaging

• Scope of work and assemble package

• Prepare bid packages

• Solicit proposed bidders and pre-qualify

• Advertise as required

• Special interface issue addenda and amendments

• Prepare bid package budget estimate prior to bid opening and submit to the owner

• Review apparent low bidders for scope compliance

• Interview low bidders

• Pre-award meeting

• Recommend awards and/ or bid rejections as applicable to budget

• Issue letters of intent to low bidder

• Issue bid status notification to other bidders

• Prepare subcontract/ purchase orders

• Establish appropriate cost control accounts
